Trama
Ines, ballerina del “Wonder Bar” di Parigi, prodiga, ma invano, tutti i suoi vezzi al ballerino Harry. Questi s’interessa invece alla grazia di Liane, la moglie del banchiere Renaud, ed ai gioielli che da essa riceve. Il banchiere si avvede della mancanza di una collana e sporge denunzia alla polizia. Harry decide di liberarsi del gioiello vendendolo al proprietario del Bar mentre Liane minaccia di denunziarlo per furto se non fuggirà con lei. Harry va in scena e il proprietario del bar, per scongiurare uno scandalo, porta la collana alla signora e la prega di raggiungere il banchiere nella sala. Intanto Ines e Harry pur danzando altercano con soffocata violenza fino a che Ines, umiliata e gelosa, vibra al collega una pugnalata. Harry trova la forza di chiudere lo spettacolo con disinvoltura ed è portato all’ospedale morente, mentre al “Wonder Bar”, prosegue l’allegria.
