Trama
Walter, ex pilota della II guerra mondiale, lavora come controllore di volo a Salt Lake City. Da un elicottero invia le proprie osservazioni alla stazione radio ‘Meteor’. Un giorno, dall’elicottero, nota dei banditi che compiono una rapina in banca e che fuggono con un ostaggio, una ragazza di nome Tina. Walter, dopo aver avvisato la polizia, si getta all’inseguimento dei rapitori che a loro volta stanno fuggendo in elicottero. L’ex eroe, dopo una lunga caccia, riesce a sottrarre ai rapinatori Tina che, a sua volta, si è impadronita del malloppo. Fra i due non tarda a stabilirsi un legame affettivo.
