Trama
Dopo aver criticato a ragione il suo commilitone Garnett, il sergente Shafter viene degradato ed espulso. Decide così di andare ad Ovest per offrirsi come guidain un avamposto in territorio Sioux. Gli indiani stanno preparando un attacco, ma Shafter deve guardarsi anche da Garnett, suo rivale anche per la bella Josephine.
