Trama
Verona, 1970. Sergio ha nove anni ed è figlio unico. Timido e solitario, passa il tempo immerso nelle sue fantasie, e ha deciso di ignorare il fatto che il matrimonio dei suoi genitori si sta lentamente deteriorando. Durante una burrascosa estate trascorsa in campagna, mentre Sergio tenta di divertirsi riempiendo di fantasie le solitarie colline veronesi, i suoi genitori affrontano una gravidanza imprevista – e, dopo dolorose esitazioni, decidono di tenere il bambino.
