Trama
Dopo dodici anni di riposo in garage, il maggiolino Volkswagen Herbie viene portato a Parigi dal proprietario pilota Jim Douglas e dal meccanico Wheely Applegate che intendono partecipare alla Trans France Race che dalla capitale francese porterà i concorrenti a Montecarlo.
