Trama
A Cincinnati, il giovane Kevin Dillon, affetto da una rara sindrome, e sua madre Gwen si trasferiscono nella casa accanto a quella dove Maxwell Kane abita con gli anziani nonni. Max ha 13 anni e l’aspetto di un gigante, è lento a scuola, ha poco coraggio e non riesce ad adattarsi. Max e Kevin sono degli esclusi che, incontrandosi, si costruiscono una nuova vita.
